Mourinho doesn’t worry about injured Costa

Jose Mourinho, a Chelsea boss, announced that Diego Costa’s play was a gamble, but it was worth taking. 11 minutes after introducing, Costa sustain a hamstring injury. While on an international duty, the Chelsea striker, suffered of the muscle problem. Due to that, this striker started a match against Stroke City on the bench! Luckily, the rest of the team managed to provide a good result. The final score was 2-1 for the Blues! Costa was able to play, he was ready, but now he will face a long period on the treatment table. The situation is even worse because the season is reaching the end!

The Chelsea’s boss, was asked does he regret the introduction of Costa at half-time. He simply answered that it was a risk he had to take. It is a part of a footballer’s job. Apparently, Mourinho, must risk and gamble, when his team doesn’t win matches. Despite hamstring injury is treated as a mid-severe injury, it isn’t a big deal. At the end, the only important thing is a victory!

Mourinho would have no problems putting at risk his goal scorer again! Although, this is unofficial, we can say that it is probably true. Actually, he will risk everything in order to achieve their goal. They want to be champions! Mourinho added, that Costa will be out next week or the following, but the only important thing are those three points!

Maybe it sounds harsh, but people shouldn’t feel sorry for the football players. They are paid to do stuff like this, and they are paid more than enough!
