LeBron James is one of the most influential players in NBA at this moment and currently situated on number 7 in the top of best paid players in the 2014-2015 season. This means just the money he makes from playing basketball, without endorsements and other sources.

In his entire career James play only for 2 teams, The Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat, excepting All Star Games and the Olympic team.

He made his debut in the 2003-2004 season with the Cleveland Cavaliers and only 2 years later, in 2006, he won his first MVP award. He was the youngest player ever to win an All Star Game MVP award, at only 21 years and 51 days. His Cavaliers years (2003 - 2010) saw James’ rise to superstardom, wining 4 NBA MVP awards, 2 All Star MVP awards, and other awards on the side.

In 2010 James signed with Miami Heat where he would become the most influential he has probably ever been. During his 2010-2014 period with Miami Heat hew won 2 NBA Finals MVP, and 2 NBA Champion titles. The rumor had it that during his stay with Miami Heat he only needed to tweet the name of a new prospect from NBA Drafts and the team would sign him.

In 2014 he signed with the Cavaliers for another 2 seasons, returning home to his first team.

During his 10 year career LeBron James has become a household name and has been awarded the AP – Associated Press – Athlete of the year in 2013.
