Chicago Bulls Derrick Rose makes a comeback as Cavaliers are crashed by Chicago Bulls

It has been a tough season for Chicago Bull’s Derrick Rose. Rose who was 2011’s MVP, is back on the game after having not played for two seasons due to knee injuries. He is still getting accustomed to playing again as he nurses his weary leg.

“It’s a building process, just trying to condition my body to get up those shot attempts. It got me in the right direction, because I can be out there trying to do anything. I’m really out there trying to attack, push myself while I’m out there, and it’s been helping.” Rose said.

"To tell you the truth, I don't let that define the type of player I am," Rose said on Thursday. "When I'm on the floor, do they have to game-plan for me? That's the only thing I care about.

Chicago Bulls played against Cleveland Cavaliers and Rose assisted in the 113-98 win against Cavaliers. Rose scored 30 points during the game. It is Rose’s best game of the season. “He’s found a really good rhythm,” Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said. “He’s got a great pace going right now and great decision-making. There’s a balance between the attacks on the rim and the attacks on the paint, the mid-range game, the three, play-making. It’s really gotten us into a good rhythm offensively.”

His teammates are glad to have him back on the team. “It’s very difficult to come back from one year [off], and you’re looking at two-and-a-half years for Derrick,” said Thibodeau. “That really is a long time. I think his confidence is coming back and the timing is coming back. He is getting back to where his strengths are. That is really big for us.”
